How do I make a booking?

Booking your tickets on our website is quick and easy:

1. Start by checking the availability for the experience you want.
2. Pick your preferred date and time slot.
3. Head to checkout and complete your payment.

That’s it! You’ll get a confirmation email with your ticket details right after booking.

Will I receive a confirmation email after booking?

Yes! You’ll get a confirmation email with your PDF ticket just seconds after your purchase. Make sure to check your inbox!

What should I do if I encounter issues during the booking process?

Is this the venue’s official website?

No. This website offers official tickets to the venue. It is not, however, the venue’s official website.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Link. PayPal is also available on many of our sites. You’ll see the options for your order at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Cancellation conditions depend on each ticket. You’ll find them on the ticket page before you buy, under “See Info” and “Cancellation Policy”. Tickets can’t be moved to another date or time: if your ticket allows cancellation, you can cancel it and book a new one. Read our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

Do I need to print my tickets, or can I use mobile tickets?

No need to print anything, our tickets are digital. Just show your ticket on your phone, and the staff will validate it. If any extra steps are needed for a specific experience, you’ll find them clearly mentioned in your e-ticket.

¿Cuál es la mejor época del año para visitar Florencia?

¿Cuántos días necesitas para visitar Florencia?

Te recomendamos que dediques al menos tres días completos a Florencia. Así tendrás tiempo suficiente para visitar los destacados lugares de interés, como la Galería de los Uffizi y el Duomo.

¿Es fácil moverse por Florencia sin coche?

El centro histórico de Florencia es muy fácil de recorrer a pie y bastante compacto. De hecho, la mayor parte del centro es una zona de tráfico restringido (ZTL), por lo que caminar es la mejor y más sencilla forma de desplazarse. Para trayectos un poco más largos, como subir a la Piazzale Michelangelo, los autobuses locales son baratos y fiables.

¿Cuál es el código de vestimenta para visitar iglesias?

Las iglesias italianas, entre ellas la catedral de Florencia (Duomo) y Santa Maria Novella, aplican de forma estricta un código de vestimenta recatado. Tanto los hombres como las mujeres deben cubrirse los hombros y las rodillas.

¿Tienes que reservar las entradas para las atracciones con antelación?

Sí. Florencia es una de las ciudades más visitadas del mundo. Las entradas para lugares emblemáticos como la Galería de los Uffizi, la Galería de la Academia (donde se encuentra el «David») y la Cúpula de Brunelleschi se agotan habitualmente con semanas o incluso meses de antelación.

¿Cómo puedo ir del aeropuerto al centro de la ciudad?

La forma más fácil y económica de llegar desde el aeropuerto de Florencia (Amerigo Vespucci) al centro de la ciudad es el Línea de tranvía T2. Va directamente desde la terminal del aeropuerto hasta la estación central de tren de Santa Maria Novella en unos 20 min.
